Dr Mano Soltan

Educated at one of the world’s leading medical universities, The Karolinska Institute in Sweden, Mano qualified as a dental surgeon in 1998. During these formative years, a deep understanding for the principles of patient care and provision were cultivated, as well as the clinical skills required for a compassionate, committed and visionary working ethic to thrive.
In his previous career, Mano had been a molecular biologist. Observing organisms at cellular level fostered an appreciation of structure, form, balance and symmetry in nature. This exacting ‘eye for detail’ proved essential in his clinical training as a dentist and throughout his general practice ever since.
Mano is the Principal Dentist at Covent Garden Dental Clinic, and proprietor of a small consortium of dental practices within London and East Sussex, providing dental treatment to thousands of patients. He has built a reputation as a kind, honest and empathic practitioner, who undertakes his work with precision skill and fine craftsmanship. He is committed to working with patients in achieving their dental goals and a ‘perfect smile’, no matter how challenging their aspirations might be.
Mano is passionate about advances in dental technology and uses the latest equipment and pioneering machinery in his practice. To facilitate this, he has undertaken advanced training in several specialisations, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry and implantology. He completed his postgraduate training in Implantology in 2008 and has gone on to fit over 1000 implants since then.
Outside of his clinical practice, Mano worked as a Foundation Dentist Trainer for the London Deanery, for five years. During this time, he trained and mentored newly qualified dentists through their first year of clinical practice, supporting them in the development of their professional skill and competency. He was also a committee board member for the Swedish Dental Society in England, for fifteen years.
In his spare time, Mano has a deep passion for aviation and action sports. He is a qualified pilot and motorcycle enthusiast.
Dr. Felicity Cross

After getting a degree in Environmental Biology, Felicity went on to study Dentistry at The London Hospital Medical College. She graduated in 1992 and then moved down to Rye. She has been working at Davies & Seeley ever since and so is a long-standing member of the team. She enjoys the variation of working in general practice and building relationships with the patients. Since having her son she works part time, and outside of work enjoys cookery, travel, and hill-walking with her family.
Dr. Malgorzata Grela

My name is Malgorzata Grela ( known as Marge ).I qualified in 1996 from Silesian Medical University in Poland. I had worked in the private and public dental practices in Poland for 9 years. In 2005 I registered myself with the GDC and I came with my family to live and work in the UK. I spent 10 years working for an NHS Dental practice in Ashford. In 2014 I started a 2-year postgraduate training course in Contemporary Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. I am currently working on the Diploma that is to be completed. Privately I am a proud mum of 3 children, a dog lover and I enjoy spending my pastime in nature-skiing, snorkeling, and walking mountains.
Dr. Afroditi Fialova

Dr. Bruce Givans

Bruce graduated in 1992 from Guy’s Hospital Dental School in London. Having completed vocational training in 1993, Bruce worked a variety of practice in the Southeast of England and Midlands, relocating to Sussex. Bruce was worked in private clinic in Robertsbridge for ten years. Having a comment to further postgraduate training Bruce completed a diploma in general practice from the university of Bristol in 2008. Since 2017 Bruce has been an educational supervisor for newly qualified dentists mentoring and helping them develop their clinical skills in their first year of practice.
Outside work Bruce is a father to two children, who especially like to have discussions with him on Formula 1 normally proving him wrong. Bruce completed a certificate in philosophical studies in 2001 from the University of Warwick a subject he finds very fascinating. Bruce has a passion for his tropical fish and like to bore all the practice staff about his fish.
Cassie Hayward, Hygienist
Cassie has been working as a Dental Hygienist since 1996 she qualified from King’s College, London. In 2003 she obtained her Extended Duties Certificate and prior to that Cassie worked as a Dental Surgery Assistant. Cassie has been a continuous member of the British Society of Dental Hygienist & Therapy. Cassie joined the practice in 2013, she is a friendly and approachable person, who really enjoys all aspects of her job especially meeting people and helping them with their dental needs.
